Our process.

  • We begin the selection process for our events 5 months in advance. Previous vendors get first dibs, then we move on to new prospects that have submitted the form.

  • Upon submitting the form, we will contact you to learn more about your business and determine if this is a good fit.

  • After your booth space is reserved, we create marketing materials for your usage to excite your fans, and promote your presence.

  • 1 month before the event, we begin the placement process to ensure your booth is maximized for foot traffic.
